Hello ESL/EAL/ELL  programs and providers,

I will be offering a selection of Rural Routes workshops, online, between January and April 2015. This February I will be offering:

  •    ESL Tutor Training (Tuesday, February 3rd, 7:00-9:30 p.m.)
  •    Interactive Strategies for Teaching Speaking (Tuesday, February 10th, 7:00-9:30 p.m.)
  •    Strategies for Teaching Pronunciation, Part 1 (Saturday, February 21, 10:00-12:30 a.m.)

If you or your ESL tutors or instructors are interested in any of these workshops, you can register at http://eslruralroutes.norquest.ca/events.aspx. The login and links to the workshop and handouts will be sent to you two day prior to the workshop.

Also, Rural Routes in partnership with Volunteer Alberta is offering the Volunteer Engagement for ESL Providers workshop again!  This online workshop is on February 10, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
