ESL Rural Routes Newsletter

New Website Launched

The Rural Routes Initiative is thrilled to announce the launch of, a website designed for ESL practitioners and service providers in rural and small urban communities across Alberta. This website was developed to create easy access to resources related to culturally integrated ESL programming and services. This website supports ESL professionals who are engaged in developing the capacity of rural ESL programs and services.

The website will be updated regularly and provide instant access to quality resources, Rural Routes services and important information related to the ESL field. It's your platform to connect with each other, share ideas and gain support.  You're invited to participate in the forums, profile your community and make this website met your needs.  This website is funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada through LINC RDP/ North Alberta LINC Home Study National Delivery Program.
