Diversity at Work: Web-based Simulation Activities

The Diversity at Work Simulation Activities provide resources to support newcomers to practice making adaptive decisions in workplace communication. 

 

The resources are designed to support both teacher-directed and self-study.  Resources include 3 online simulation activities, a guide for instructors, an activity card, a document outlining the curriculum outcomes as they relate to the Canadian Language Benchmarks, Essential Skills and the ATESL Intercultural Communicative Competence frameworks.   There is also an introduction video to explaining the resources and how they can be used.
